All edeneverafter.com merchandise must be
returned with the tags attached, and the original invoice within 10
days of receipt. edeneverafter.com will exchange it or credit your
credit card used for the original purchase. Customer is responsible
for return/exchange shipping costs.
If you wish to make a return or exchange to
edeneverafter.com, please follow these easy steps:
1. Make a copy of the original invoice.
2. Write the RMA number on the invoice and on
the front of the box and indicate on the invoice whether you wish to
make an exchange or receive a credit on the credit card used for the
original purchase. For exchanges, please indicate on the invoice
what merchandise you would like in exchange.
3. Pack and seal your return securely and
include the invoice. 4. Indicate on box that the product is a return
or exchange. Packages must be returned pre-paid. edeneverafter.com
will not accept COD deliveries. All credits will be placed on the
card used for the original purchase.
