Standard Shipping

Regular shipping is free for all residents of Canada and the USA.

Other Shipping To USA

Express Post USA customers only......4-6 business day delivery with a charge of $16.00.

All other countries outside of North America are charged 40% of the order amount EXAMPLE: if your order totals $40.00 you will be charged $16.00 for shipping. You can calculate your shipping cost by multiplying the total order cost by 0.40...all orders shipped to countries outside the USA and Canada are shipped by air mail only

Shipping Time

Regular Air Mail Users

There is a 2-5 day period to create product, once shipped it will arrive within 6-15 business days to most destinations in North America. This is a free service

Express Post Users

Your bag will be made within a 2-5 day period and shipped using the faster method arriving within 4-6 business days after the bag has been made. This service costs an extra $16.00.

Things that may hold up order process include: Inconsistent credit card, billing and/or shipping information, customs hold up....Eden Ever After is not responsible for these hold ups.

 
 

Returns And Exchanges

All edeneverafter.com merchandise must be returned with the tags attached, and the original invoice within 10 days of receipt. edeneverafter.com will exchange it or credit your credit card used for the original purchase. Customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.

If you wish to make a return or exchange to edeneverafter.com, please follow these easy steps:

1. Make a copy of the original invoice.

2. Write the RMA number on the invoice and on the front of the box and indicate on the invoice whether you wish to make an exchange or receive a credit on the credit card used for the original purchase. For exchanges, please indicate on the invoice what merchandise you would like in exchange.

3. Pack and seal your return securely and include the invoice. 4. Indicate on box that the product is a return or exchange. Packages must be returned pre-paid. edeneverafter.com will not accept COD deliveries. All credits will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. (Policy Subject to Change Anytime Without Notice.)

Requesting An RMA

You can request an RMA by emailing customer service at gruvinlee@rogersNOSPAM.com.You will receive a reply with your RMA number and return/exchange address within 48 business hours.

Order Information

  • Once your order is received by Eden Ever After we will e-mail you and let you know shipping date. If you don't receive a confirmation e-mail from Lee (designer) please e-mail her at gruvinlee@rogersNOSPAM.com to be sure your order was received or submitted properly.
  • On your credit card statement an order from Eden Ever After will appear as CCNOW
  • All orders are on a first come first serve basis
  • Faux Flowers (bag orders only) may vary from the ones shown on display bag on site
  • All products are made to order we carry no stock, therefore ordering a product from Eden Ever After ensures your accessory will be made HOT right in Eden Ever After Design Studio
  • Edeneverafter.com cannot accept any responsibility for lost or stolen goods or goods that are held up by customs
